Overview

The Marketing Operations Manager plays a key role in driving the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the marketing team. This person will oversee the marketing operations tech stack, including data management, technology management, reporting, and websiteoptimization, to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this role will manage the Marketing Operations team while also providing vision andleadershipfor process improvements andtechnology integration.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for marketing operations, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and organizational goals.

Lead, mentor, and manage the Marketing Operations Specialist and Website Specialist, creating an environment forprofessional growthandcross-functional collaboration.

Manage Hub Spot CRM and other marketing technology to maintain data quality and system functionality.

Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools to improve team efficiency and campaign outcomes.

Ensure effective utilization of tools by documenting processes and building SOPs withinproject managementtools to track progress.

Oversee the performance,optimization, and reporting of all company websites, ensuring they meet SEO, UX, and conversion standards.

Ensure website analytics provide actionable insights for marketing and business strategies.

Ensure accurate and actionable reporting across all marketing efforts, leveraging data to provide insights and recommendations to Brand Marketing Managers.

Track key performance metrics across marketing campaigns, tools, and processes, and assist in monthly performance reporting for each brand.

Analyze data from marketing campaigns to offer insights and recommendations forcontinuous improvement.

Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and IT to align tools and processes across teams.

Facilitate opencommunicationand effective resource sharing to support unified strategies.

Attend cross-functional meetings to provide marketing operations insights and gather feedback for system andprocess optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

5-7 years of experience in marketing operations or related fields, with management experience preferred.

Strong understanding of website management, SEO, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Word Press).

Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, SEMrush).

Excellentanalytical skillsand experience with data visualization tools.

Proven ability to manage teams, lead projects, and drive process improvements.

Exceptionalcommunicationandcollaborationskills.
