Monster Athlete Juniors LLC is a pioneering junior pickleball club program headquartered in the Phoenix Metro area. We are a family of traditional club programs offering weekly training with dedicated coaches and several tournament playing opportunities each year.
We are rapidly expanding and are in need of a committed marketing manager who shares our vision for growing the sport of pickleball for junior athletes 8-17 years old. The position requires a strong knowledge of the sport of pickleball, social media marketing, as well as other large urban business marketing tools.
The part time position is salaried plus performance based commission.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement focused marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility and increase our athlete membership.
Use the most effective social media tools such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok to reach and attract our target audience.
Develop performance metrics to enable Monster Athlete Juniors to view and analyze the effectiveness of the various marketing campaigns and to validate commission levels.

Pay: From $8,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
