What your days might look like

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, implementing, and optimising campaign management processes. As a key contributor to our marketing efforts, you will collaborate closely with

cross-functional teams

, leveraging your

analytical skills

to enhance campaign performance and contribute to overall business success.

This role is open to any suitable candidates within a 3 hour time difference of Sydney. You can be based remotely in Australia or Singapore. Candidates should have full working rights in that respective country.

As our Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

Campaign Management Design and Tracking :

Take the lead in designing and implementing effective campaign management processes. Utilise analytical tools and metrics to track and measure the success of marketing campaigns.

Lifecycle Conversions :

Analyse customer life cycles and contribute to strategies that enhance conversion rates. Collaborate with marketing teams to optimise campaigns at each stage of the customer journey.

Workflow and

Process Improvement

:

Review existing workflows and processes, identifying areas for improvement and

optimization

. Work towards enhancing efficiency and scalability in all marketing operations.

Collaboration

with Marketing Teams :

Engage closely with marketing teams to understand campaign requirements, provide analytical insights, and contribute to the successful execution of campaigns. Foster strong relationships to align operations with marketing objectives.

Learning and Development

:

What you’ll bring:2-4 years of experience in CRM or Marketing Operations within SaaS industries

Strong analytical and

problem-solving skills

with a keen eye for detail.

Experience & Proficiency in Adobe Marketo Proven experience in designing and optimising campaign management processes.

Proficiency with CRM systems.

Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud reporting

Excellent

communication

and interpersonal skills.

Bonus:

Experience with

working on the data requests from marketing teams and/or direct

hands-on

marketing experience

Experience with

multi-touch attribution analytics
