Job Overview:
As a Marketing Operations Specialist you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiencyof marketing operations by coordinating efforts across internalteams external agencies and various marketing initiatives. You willmanage campaign execution analyze performance metrics and helpdrive the alignment of marketing efforts with business goals. Thisis an

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Execution:
Oversee the endtoendmanagement of marketing campaigns across digital channels (emailsocial media SEM content marketing etc.) ensuring timely deliveryand alignment with businessobjectives.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contactbetween crossfunctional teams including marketing product andbusiness teams to ensure smooth campaign planning andexecution.
External Agency Management:
Coordinate with external marketingagencies and vendors ensuring that all deliverables meet qualitystandards timelines and budgetconstraints.
Data Analysis& Reporting:
Monitor and analyze theperformance of marketing initiatives providing regular reports andinsights to optimize future campaigns. Use analytics to drivedatabackeddecisionmaking.
Process Optimization
:
Continuously identify opportunities tostreamline processes improve operational efficiency and enhancecrossteam
collaboration
.
Digital Channel Expertise:
Work across multiple digitalmarketing channels ensuring campaigns are optimized for eachplatform (e.g. email social paid searchetc.).xx
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in marketing operations with aproven track record of managing crossfunctional projects anddigital campaigns.
Stakeholder Management:
Strong experience coordinating withmultiple teams including marketing product and businessstakeholders to drive successfuloutcomes.
Agency Coordination:
Experience managing relationships withexternal agencies ensuring timely and qualitydeliverables.
Digital Marketing Expertise:
Handson experience across multipledigital channels and marketing technologies such as email marketingsocial media SEM and analyticsplatforms.
Analytical
Skills:
Strong ability to analyze data deriveactionable insights and adjust strategiesaccordingly.
Communication
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communicationskills with the ability to clearly communicate with both technicaland nontechnicalteams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Fintech
Experience:
Experience in the fintech industry is aplus but not mandatory.
Arabic Language:
Proficiency in Arabic is a plus but notrequired.
