Marketing Operations Specialist Jobs in Concord, CA at Bay Alarm Company
Position Summary: The Marketing Operations Specialist role will help measure marketing performance, build and run campaigns, and drive revenue for Bay Alarm. This role will run marketing programs in Hubspot or similar MAP and require a passion for analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate will help take Bay Alarm’s marketing to the next level by being a great communicator, collaborator, project manager, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Lead Acquisition
Own and improve our lead capture process alongside Marketing Director. Ensure attribution data for inbound form fills and phone calls is accurate and flowing properly.
Analyze lead data and media spend to help us understand how our marketing is performing.
HubSpot & Campaign Performance
Create and maintain HubSpot dashboards.
Work with internal team and agencies to build, execute, and measure email campaigns.
Partner with agencies to ensure relevant ad campaigns are tracked and measured in Hubspot.
Use Bay Alarm’s internal customer database, Hubspot, ZoomInfo and other tools to create segments for email, direct mail, ABM and other campaigns.
Maintain/optimize our email send score and ensure Bay Alarm is compliant with CAN SPAM and any other relevant regulations.
Marketing Tech Stack
Maintain tech stack SLAs and monitor platform performance. Troubleshoot issues with agency and tech provider partners.
Ensure bayalarm.com is working properly and work with agencies to fix any issues.
Build relationships with martech partner CSMs; monitor the martech budget and ensure our partners are paid timely.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferred
High School/GED equivalent required
Strong excel skills.
Hubspot certified preferred
Experience with a BI tool (Looker, DataRails) a plus
A passion for digging into data to uncover and share insights
A track record of partnering with IT, agencies, sales and sales operations to complete marketing operations projects.
Solid project management skills.
Experience working in Hubspot or similar MAP from a marketing perspective
Exposure to ZoomInfo or similar segmentation / prospecting tool.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required.

Compensation: $80k-90k/ Salary
