vector8 is seeking a dynamic Marketing Operations Specialist (B2B) to join our team. As an integral part of our marketing department, you will support the execution of our group-wide marketing plan, enhance brand awareness, and drive lead generation. Your strategic and analytical skills will help measure and improve marketing activity ROI, contributing to our mission of pioneering human-AI synergies and transforming industries.
3+ years experience in B2B marketing operations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimize marketing activities
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Understanding of data-driven marketing strategies
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive and a self-starter with a strong sense of organization
Create the group level marketing plan
Develop and implement strategies to improve brand awareness
Drive lead generation through targeted marketing campaigns
Analyze and report on the ROI of marketing activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contribution and alignment of marketing initiatives
Maintain and optimize marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Monitor industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
