Your Role and Responsibilities:
Develop Marketing Strategies: Design and execute creative plans to drive patient referrals and increase brand visibility.
Cultivate Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with physicians, referral sources, staff, and community members.
Community Engagement: Plan and promote workshops and events to educate and engage the community.
Team Collaboration: Partner with Physical Therapists and staff to create impactful marketing materials.
Track and Analyze Results: Monitor the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance data.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 2 years of marketing experience.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources.
Strong understanding of our services and brand.
Exceptional writing skills for crafting engaging emails and marketing content.
Proficiency in design and editing tools, with a keen attention to detail.
Additional Requirements: A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for events and meetings.
