Role Description
We’re seeking a motivatedMarketing & Outreach Internwith a passion for advertising,innovation, and creativeproblem-solving. In this role, you will help us broaden our reach, buildbrand awareness, and bring The Poster Boy ’s vision to life across various digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities :
Content Creation & Social Media Management :
Develop engaging content (posts, reels, graphics) for Instagram, Linked In, and Facebook.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions to foster user engagement
Email Marketing & Lead Generation:
Assist in designing and executing targeted email campaigns to potential advertisers and ad space owners.
Maintain a database of leads, track conversions, and generate follow-up strategies
Market Research & Analysis :
Study trends in outdoor advertising and digital marketing
Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation
Brand Partnerships & Events (Optional) :
Explore partnerships with industry events, local communities, or relevant B2B platforms
Help organize webinars, virtual meet-ups, or small offline events (if required)
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently graduated or worked/working in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Strongcommunicationand copywriting skills
Basic understanding of social media platforms and tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer)
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in afast-pacedstartup environment
(Preferred) Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Hub Spot), email automation tools, or SEO basics
