As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and uphold our high standards of service and operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Maintain high service standards, addressing guest feedback professionally.
Manage staff scheduling, labor costs, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Handle inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimize menu offerings and service.
Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase revenue.
Oversee event coordination for private celebrations and special occasions.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, including FOH and BOH.
Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and other reports.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and make sound decisions under pressure.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and industry best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
Experience managing high-end restaurants or event-driven venues.
Background in marketing, promotions, or event coordination.
