Madison Medical Resort, a leading skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Odessa, is seeking a professional, people-oriented Community Relations & Marketing Assistant to help us grow our visibility and build lasting connections across the community.

As part of our business development team, you will work directly under the Director of Business Development, assisting in their day-to-day outreach efforts and learning every step of the way. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in healthcare marketing, public relations, or community engagement.

What You’ll Do:

Build Relationships with local hospitals, physicians, case managers, senior communities, and healthcare partners to increase awareness of our services.
Support Community Outreach by attending events, helping organize on-site gatherings, and coordinating with vendors and professional contacts.
Represent Our Brand in the community with professionalism, warmth, and integrity.
Assist With Communication & Follow-Up, including maintaining referral data, assisting families and caregivers, and supporting our admissions team.
Travel Locally to maintain and grow our referral network—this role will require you to be comfortable on the go.

What We’re Looking For:

A confident, engaging communicator with a professional demeanor and a strong sense of initiative.
Someone with a background in hospitality, customer service, or community engagement (healthcare marketing or senior living experience is a plus).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without losing focus.
Comfortable using email, Word, Excel, and other basic office tools.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally assist with event setups.
Must have reliable transportation for local travel.
