We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Program Manager to lead complex marketing initiatives and drive operational excellence across our global marketing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to design, execute, and optimize high-impact marketing programs that enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer engagement. Key job responsibilities You are the ideal candidate if you can: * Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives to drive engagement with high-value accounts and improve conversion rates. * Lead end-to-end lead management programs, including lead capture, scoring, and nurturing, in collaboration with Marketing Operations and Sales teams. * Optimize customer communication lifecycle by designing automated workflows that deliver personalized messaging across marketing channels. * Manage marketing data integration projects to ensure seamless data flow between marketing automation platforms Internal Amazon Tools, and other MarTech solutions. * Enhance marketing operations efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements in campaign execution, reporting, and tracking. * Develop and track KPIs for ABM, lead management, and customer engagement programs, ensuring data-driven decision-making. * Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. * Manage vendor relationships and oversee the integration of third-party tools supporting lead management, analytics, and ABM efforts. * Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and internal governance policies across all marketing programs. * Leverage analytics, A/B testing, and insights to optimize ABM campaigns, customer communication strategies, and overall marketing performance. You’ll tackle challenges like refining targeting strategies, optimizing workflows, and ensuring smooth execution across channels. Some days, you’ll dive deep into data, uncover insights, and adjust plans to maximize impact. Other times, you’ll be problem-solving, brainstorming new approaches, or collaborating on long-term strategies. No two days are the same, but every day is about making marketing more effective and customer-focused. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
