Position Overview

The International Marketing Manager at FÃœM will be responsible for unlocking global revenue potential by tailoring marketing strategies to key international regions. This role will focus on optimizing international market expansion by refining localized pricing, paid media strategies, and conversion rate optimization. This is a critical hire as we currently lack the bandwidth to focus on localization, yet we see massive untapped potential in Canada, Australia, the UK, Europe, and New Zealand.

Role Mission

To drive international growth by executing high-performing, localized marketing strategies that improve conversion rates and revenue in key markets. This role will ensure that FÜM’s global customers experience pricing, messaging, and marketing tailored to their region—leading to higher engagement and ROI across paid media..

Responsibilities
Develop and execute international go-to-market strategies to increase revenue in underperforming regions.
Overhaul pricing strategy in non-U.S. markets, moving away from direct currency conversion and towards region-optimized pricing.
Break out paid media campaigns by region, ensuring ads are relevant to local audiences.
Own regional Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives to optimize localized user experiences.
Lead language site changes and implement translations where necessary.
Implement country-specific offers, product positioning, and creative strategies to drive better conversion.
Analyze data from different regions to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with performance marketing, product, and creative teams to develop market-specific advertising assets.
Manage relationships with localized agencies or freelancers where needed to enhance execution.
Key Performance Indicators
Increase in revenue contribution from non-U.S. markets.
Improved conversion rates from localized paid media campaigns.
Positive lift in AOV (Average Order Value) and LTV (Lifetime Value) per region.
Reduction in cart abandonment rates in key international markets.
Higher engagement rates on regionally tailored marketing content.
Cost efficiency improvements in international paid media spend.
Proficiencies
Deep understanding of international e-commerce growth strategies.
Experience with region-specific pricing strategies and testing.
Hands-on experience with global paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
Proficiency in CRO methodologies for international markets.
Familiarity with multi-region e-commerce platforms and localization tools.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with global expansion at a high-growth e-commerce company.
Proven success in launching and scaling non-U.S. revenue streams.
Knowledge of tax, shipping, and operational considerations for international e-commerce.
Experience working with international agencies for translation, ad buying, or PR.
Multilingual proficiency.
A deep understanding of AI initiatives and programs.

Compensation

The compensation will be $90,000 – $100,000 CAD.
