The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering projects that align with organizational objectives. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage project resources, and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills. They should have experience in project management methodologies and team leadership. The ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; create detailed schedules with timelines and milestones; manage budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources efficiently to support project execution.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve goals, fostering collaboration across departments.
Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed of project plans, progress, and changes.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet required quality standards.
Monitoring & Reporting: Track performance, address areas for improvement, and provide regular status reports.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in project management, preferably with a track record of successfully managing projects.
Skills:
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
Certifications: Relevant certifications are highly desirable.

Remote work outside of this area, including in Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally, is not permitted. This helps ensure compliance with employment regulations and supports effective collaboration within the College.
