We are looking for an organized  Marketing Project Manager / Scrum Master  to drive marketing operations projects, improve efficiency, and keep teams on track with timelines and goals.
Position Summary:
The Marketing Project Manager / Scrum Master will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects. You will manage workflows, align stakeholders, and facilitate
collaboration
to ensure marketing strategies are executed efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will be  fluent in Jira , have experience with  data visualization tools  (Tableau/Power BI), and bring strong
project management
and
communication skills
. Knowledge of the automotive industry is a significant plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
& Workflow Coordination:
Lead project planning, prioritization, and execution of marketing operations across teams.
Use Jira to track projects, sprints, milestones, and deliverables.
Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to improve project efficiency.
Team Collaboration
&
Communication
:
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure alignment and accountability.
Act as a liaison between marketing, creative, analytics, and
leadership
teams.
Clearly communicate project updates, timelines, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders.
Data-Driven Insights:
Utilize Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to generate reports and visualize project performance and marketing KPIs.
Use data insights to identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and recommend process improvements.
Marketing Operations Support:
Oversee the delivery of marketing campaigns, promotions, and content rollouts across eCommerce channels.
Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with company goals, budget, and timelines.
Monitor project progress and implement solutions to address challenges.
Documentation &
Process Improvement
:
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and SOPs.
Standardize workflows for marketing projects to drive scalability and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven
Project Management
Experience:
3+ years managing marketing or eCommerce projects.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles.
Tools & Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in Jira or other
project management
tools.
Experience with
Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel, and
collaboration
platforms.
Communication
