Our nursing facility is seeking a Marketing and Recruitment Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in promoting our facility, building relationships within the community, and driving recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the facility’s visibility and reputation.
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including community organizations, and other healthcare providers.
Oversee recruitment efforts to attract and retain staff across all departments.
Coordinate events and outreach initiatives to connect with potential residents, families, and employees.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment of marketing and recruitment goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing, recruitment, or a related field, preferably in healthcare.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to challenges.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
