Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant/digital marketing specialist to provide administrative and personal support to our sales and marketing director. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This individual will be proficient in developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation. You will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Responsibilities:
Personal Assistant
Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Organize and maintain files, documents, and correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
Conduct research and provide summaries on various topics as needed.
Assist with personal errands, shopping, and event planning.
Communicate on behalf of the employer via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and other professionals.
Monitor and manage expenses, invoices, and payments.
Provide general administrative support and handle ad hoc tasks as required.
All other duties and responsibilities requested by the marketing/sales manager
Digital Marketing:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
Landing Page Optimization: Design, test, and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates and lead capture.
Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), create engaging content, and run targeted ad campaigns.
Lead Generation: Implement lead generation tactics, including creating lead magnets, building email lists, and managing lead capture forms.
SEO: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and build backlinks to improve search engine rankings.
Content Marketing: Create and distribute high-quality content, such as blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics, to attract and engage target audiences.
Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Paid Advertising:
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media, track performance, and optimize for ROI.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours when necessary.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on landing pages, social media marketing, and lead generation.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Experience with content creation and management.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Creative and innovative thinking
Bonus Points:
Certifications in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
Experience with marketing automation tools.

Pay: $39,000.00 – $59,523.00 per year
