Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with the Marketing Director to develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our industrial automation software products and services. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively reach and engage our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Develop compelling content including case studies, blog posts, and social media updates that highlight the benefits and features of our software solutions.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising. Track performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Demand Generation: Work with the Marketing Director to implement strategies to generate demand and nurture leads through targeted campaigns, webinars, and industry events. Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate industry events, trade shows, and webinars. Manage logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-ups.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including ROI, conversion rates, and engagement levels. Prepare reports and provide insights into continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the industrial automation or software industry.
Familiarity of digital marketing techniques and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience with marketing software tools (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with SEO and SEM strategies.
Familiarity with industrial automation technologies and software.
