Job Summary:
The Marketing Representative is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with dental providers and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between dental offices and our team. This role involves engaging with dental providers, handling inquiries, coordinating provider-related activities and supporting our team to enhance overall service delivery and patient care. As a part of our team, you will help drive business growth while ensuring satisfaction for both our partners and patients.
Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour (DOE)
Duties:
Conduct presentations to prospective clients to promote our services
Travel to various dental practices within your assigned territory to build and maintain in-person relationship
Drive monthly sales growth through consistent field visits and phone calls
Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at dental offices
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure patient satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
Prepare sales reports and forecasts to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting
Ability to understand dental terminology and effectively communicate it to general dentists and office managers
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Experience in dental specialty industry sales or a related field is desirable
Bilingual in Chinese/Korean/Spanish is a plus
