qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent, required, bachelor’s degree is preferred

3-5 years of experience in similar setting

strong computer skills and proficient using microsoft excel, word and outlook and other relevant computer programs

excellent customer service skills and working in ateam environment

excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills are a must

ability to learn, or have experience in the mortgage banking process, with a preference in residential mortgage loans

must be a self-starter who is reliable, detail oriented and the ability to resolve issues

strong relationship building a must, along with strong written and verbalcommunication skills

superior ability with requiredcommunication, organizational and computer skills

ability to process, organize and interpret large amounts of data, which reflects market opportunities

ability to analyze issues and create effective resolutions, while managing multiple projects at one time

the key branch employee for marketing efforts within a geographical location. Under the direct supervision of a branch manager, the marketing coordinator provides administrative, marketing and sales support for the branch. The marketing coordinator will develop and execute marketing plans which increases envoy’s

recognition

within the realtor, builder and financial planner community. The marketing coordinator’s efforts/plan should result in increased business opportunities and market penetration.

The results should be measurable and quantifiable on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

duties and responsibilities

the primary job duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

assists branch with marketing efforts to ensure continued flow of business, including preparing marketing materials, identifying customer prospects, and identifying market trends

answers inquiries concerning the processing of their loan from customers on behalf of the mortgage consultant or branch manager

handle telephone or email correspondence from customers; follow up initial contacts

call leads using crm system and set appointments

market envoy’s loan programs to local realtors, builders and financial planners

market to existing envoy data base contacts: maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders

build new relationships with realtors, builders and financial planners

attend open houses, realtor sales meetings and other appropriate business …
