Overview: Marketing Data Analyst would play vital role in driving CRM data investment efficiency to fuel business growth based on strong data mindset and business acumen. Key Responsibilities: Data Collection and Analysis:
1.Gather data from various sources and prepare and validate data to ensure accuracy from different fields.
2.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). 3.Extract and analyze sales data from multiple dimensions, such as regional comparisons, brand proportions, etc.
Market Research:
4.Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
5.Analyze market data to provide insights for product development and marketing strategies.
Campaign Performance: 1.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. 2.Provide recommendations for optimization based on data analysis. Segmentation and Targeting: 1.Perform customer segmentation to identify target audiences. 2.Develop and maintain customer profiles for personalized marketing efforts. 3.Use statistical tools to identify patterns and trends, Create charts, graphs, and dashboards to present findings ​and prepare reports and presentations to share findings with stakeholders. Data Management:
1.Maintain and Ensure data integrity and accuracy from the system 2.Implement data collection processes and improve data quality.
Collaboration:
1.Work closely with the marketing team to understand goals and objectives. 2.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data analysis with business needs. 3.Good Communication Skills with different department.
Predictive Analysis:
1.Utilize statistical techniques and software to predict future market trends and customer behaviours. 2.Provide forecasts and models to support marketing strategies.
Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s degree or above, fluency in both written and spoken English, CRM KPI measurement. 2.1 years+ working experience and at least 1 year serve for FMCG companies in CRM role (either client or agency side). 3.Preferred: 1) exposures of different functions (Marketing/Sales/Insight Data/Media); 2) Portable electronics market CRM know-how. 4.Experience in fast pace changing environment. 5.Good interpersonal skill and teamwork spirit. 6.Demonstrated Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, Sas Viya)
