Looking for a Marketing Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist for Bangalore (Jakkur) Location
Job Description
:
1. Market Research & Analysis
Conduct primary and secondary market research to gather insights about customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats for the company.
Design, implement, and interpret surveys, focus groups, and other qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Maintain and update a database of market research, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
2. Data Analytics & Reporting
Analyze marketing data (including website traffic, social media engagement, campaign performance, and sales data) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and CRM platforms to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
Create and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for
senior leadership
to track marketing performance and identify areas for improvement.
3. Customer Segmentation & Insights
Segment customer data to help the marketing team tailor campaigns to specific audience groups.
Develop customer profiles and personas based on research and data analysis.
Provide insights on customer journeys, pain points, and behaviors to enhance targeting and personalization efforts.
4. Campaign Evaluation
Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (online and offline) and recommend improvements.
Work with
cross-functional teams
(marketing, BU’s, strategy, etc.) to assess the impact of marketing activities on business objectives.
Monitor and track marketing spend, ensuring alignment with planned budgets and forecasted results.
5. Competitive Intelligence
Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends, new entrants, and competitor marketing strategies.
Monitor and report on competitor activities, product launches, and marketing tactics.
Provide actionable insights to help the company stay ahead of competitors and identify
strategic growth
opportunities.
