Sales and Marketing position:
Help and assist under upper-level management
Conduct all responsibilities related to the sales and marketing team
Follow CDC guidelines while speaking face to face with customers as well as being present in the office with other employees
Understand each department within sales, marketing, and customer service & provide goals to them
Provide any administration support such as compliance or generating a customer’s order
Conduct weekly interviews with qualified candidates and thoroughly know how to explain the role and responsibilities to others
Express a friendly and upbeat attitude
Help managers evaluate performance on the account managers here
Keep track of the business revenue
Participate in daily meetings to review the company’s standards and targeted goals
