We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our sales team here at Ascending Solutions. As a Marketing & Sales Assistant, you will be trained, from the ground up, on all aspects of our client accounts and campaigns. By directly communicating with customers on a daily basis, the Marketing & Sales Assistant will be an integral part of our client’s campaign initiatives by demonstrating product knowledge, customer service, and support. This is an entry-level Marketing & Sales Assistant role and no experience is necessary.Here at Ascending Solutions, we pride ourselves on our home-grown development and training process. As a Marketing & Sales Assistant, you will learn all the intricacies of client and brand management, lead generation, compliance standards, and customer acquisition. By learning how to analyze market trends, both local and national, the Marketing & Sales Assistant will be able to best assist our Sales team through campaign optimization. Marketing & Sales Assistant Responsibilities:
Attend all necessary training meeting and conferences
Meet with the Marketing & Sales Assistant teams daily
Handle all customer interactions with high levels of compliance
Develop personal customer relationships and rapport
Utilize sales and marketing strategies to optimize for clients
Develop campaign information for current and future clients
Assist in expansion opportunities
Attend national conferences to further develop industry skill set

Marketing & Sales Assistant Requirements:
Ability to work a Full-Time schedule
High School Diploma or equivalent
Comfortable working in group settings or individually
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $600.00 – $1,000.00 per week
