Position Overview:

The Marketing-Sales Coordinator supports the marketing and sales departments by managing and coordinating various tasks and projects. This role involves a combination of administrative duties, campaign execution, and communication with clients and team members. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Company Website: Work with internal departments to ensure ARI website is up to date regarding offerings, videos, marketing materials and such.
Digital Marketing: Support our on-line digital marketing, via business marketing sites (ie: LinkedIn, Chamber of Commerce and other local business sites)
Campaign Coordination: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
Coordinate promotional activities, events, and trade shows.
Collaborate with the sales team to create and distribute promotional materials.
Sales Support:
Support the sales team by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales representative.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze sales and marketing data to provide insights and recommendations.
Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and sales metrics.
Communication & Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between the marketing and sales teams, ensuring alignment and smooth workflow.
Communicate with clients and partners to provide information and support.
Administrative Duties:
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Handle various administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a similar role.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiar with Adobe Suite and Canva

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing software).
Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).

Work Environment:

This position typically requires working in an office environment with occasional travel for events and meetings. The role may involve working under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $53,000.00 per year
