Position Overview:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing SE/AM will be responsible for strategising, developing, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and improve customer experience. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong grasp of marketing principles, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Brand Promotion: Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and campaigns to strengthen brand presence in the market.
Customer Acquisition: Design and execute campaigns to attract and retain customers, using a mix of digital and traditional marketing channels.
Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms to engage with target audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive traffic.
Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimise digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to achieve marketing objectives and maximise ROI.
Market Research: Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and decision-making.
Performance Tracking: Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, including social media and digital ads, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales and product development, to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and supportive of overall business goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in a marketing role.
Effectively bilingual in Chinese and English language.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including setting up of digital ads, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive results and manage projects from concept through execution.
Proficiency in social media management tools, digital advertising platforms, and marketing analytics.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Possess a valid class 3/3A driving licence.
Passion for the automotive industry.
