PURPOSE

OVERVIEW:  Execute and support key marketing activities of Etharas events and alignment with new business objectives under the guidance of the Marketing Director. DIRECT REPORTS:  None. CONTRIBUTION TO CULTURE:  Actively participate in and support campaigns that reflect and promote Etharas events.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

UAE based with domestic and international travel as required.

Remote working

permitted in line with Human Capital policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION

EXPECTED:  Bachelors or Masters degree in business marketing or a related field. EXPERIENCE EXPECTED:  5 years of experience in marketing roles with a focus on events and entertainment companies/clients.

Good

and manage multiple priorities. TECHNICAL SKILLS:  Analytical mindset with an inclination towards

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the development of marketing strategies for Etharas events ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. Support the execution of strategies that drive sales and profitability for events. Collaborate with the event programs department to finetune marketing strategies as per individual event needs. Assist in analyzing market trends and customer feedback to suggest improvements in marketing strategies. Aid in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across channels including email, social media, digital PR, and partnerships.

Monitor campaign budgets and ensure timely execution providing regular updates to the Marketing Director. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure events are effectively promoted and achieve targeted ticket sales. Maintain brand consistency across all promotional materials and initiatives. Coordinate with the sales department to ensure marketing campaigns are in sync with sales objectives and targets. Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in marketing and advertising especially within the events industry.

Provide necessary support to the on-ground marketing team ensuring streamlined

communication

and coordination with other departments and stakeholders. Assist Marketing Director in devising and refining marketing plans for Etharas events. Support in tracking and evaluating Etharas events campaign results suggesting modifications as needed. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements such as data protection and advertising standards. Ensure all marketing and communications activities align with Etharas event strategic objectives and contribute to its overall success.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute grade requirements according to the Delegation of Authority (DoA) while delegating tasks when appropriate. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legal requirements; and the Company’s governance structures e.g. Articles of Association, DoA policies and procedures, trade license requirements, any relevant regulatory requirements. Execute requests from reporting line i.e. requests within the broad scope of the roles and responsibilities of this job description.
