What You’ll Do

As our Training and Marketing Director, you’ll lead both employee training initiatives and marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence. You’ll design impactful training programs to develop our team while driving marketing efforts that boost customer engagement and business growth. Key Responsibilities

Training & Development:

Develop and implement engaging training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Oversee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Lead workshops, webinars, and continuous learning initiatives.
Collaborate with department heads to tailor training programs that fit specific needs.
Stay up to date on the latest training trends and best practices to keep programs fresh and effective.

Marketing & Branding:

Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, SEO, and online advertising.
Create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
Organize events, trade shows, and promotional activities to expand brand visibility.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
Oversee marketing budgets and track ROI to ensure effective campaign performance.

What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Training & Development, or a related field.
3+ years of leadership experience in training, marketing, or a similar role.
Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
A strategic mindset with problem-solving skills and a creative approach to challenges.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
