Job Description
The Marketing Specialist is part of the go-to-market team and is responsible for executing the day-to-day marketing strategies. The Marketing Specialist, enhances Rally House’s online presence and drives customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Support the execution of multi-channel marketing strategies
Assist the email process cycle: manage the marketing department email campaign calendar, data entry of email calendar, customer segmentation, analytics tagging, pre-deployment testing /quality control, deployment through Listrak platform, and back-end analysis with Google Analytics.
Collaborate with peers and leaders to ensure project outcomes align with marketing priorities and messaging is consistent across all marketing platforms.
Curates content for Rally House’s social media channels
Monitor social media analytics to assess performance and make data-driven improvements.
Monitor and ensure the consistent representation of the company’s brand across all social channels.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, and help and address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback effectively.
Implement email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows to engage and retain customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to segment email lists and personalize content for various customer segments.
Optimize email marketing strategies accordingly.
Create and manage paid social media campaigns to promote products, engage with customers, and build brand awareness.
Assist with day-to-day oversight of all Paid Media campaigns, editing and optimizing as necessary.
Collaborate with third-party partners and vendors on co-op paid media campaigns and asset collection.
Create and curate engaging, high-quality content, including blog posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets.
Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. 0 – 2 years experience in communications or related field.
Physical Requirements:
Work is typically performed in an office but projects may sometimes take the employee to a non-standard workplace; Requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards; Must have ability to lift small and carry parcels, packages and other items up to 25lbs, and walk short distances.
