The Marketing Specialist is a highly visible role which develops and coordinates all marketing activities, initiatives, planning and administrative details in alignment with RETA’s culture and goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. This position requires an organized multitasker who is able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of RETA’s brand strategy.
Run all RETA social media accounts while actively identifying new social media trends and engaging and recruiting followers.
Design and execute effective campaigns for a variety of products and services across a range of digital, social, and traditional channels.
Maintain inventory of all marketing and booth supplies.
Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive traffic to the RETA website.
Develop, implement, and deploy successful marketing and advertising campaigns from ideation to execution.
Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
Manage the graphic design, layout, and production of all printed and digital materials along such as but not limited to: “Save The Dates”, press releases, podcasts, webinars, direct mail, landing pages, newsletters, signage, brochures and the conference program.
Keep up to date on trends and best practices in social media, digital marketing, content marketing, digital advertising, and e-marketing.
Create marketing campaigns for social media and email blasts along with flyers/brochures.
Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success.
Develop new avenues on which to advertise all aspects of RETA.
Secure news outlets in which articles regarding RETA can be published.
Produce valuable and engaging content for the website.
Create promotional materials by coordinating with all departments.
Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives including impact on lead flow.
Build strategic relationships and partners with key industry players and vendors.
Evaluate events in which RETA can present at exhibit.
Keep current on the latest developments in marketing trends, techniques, and strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
