Responsibilities:
• Proactively address all RFP and DDQ requests
• Work with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of RFP / DDQ content and responses.
• Create quality content for multiple business lines
• Track and manage all outstanding RFPs and DDQs
• Help with any process improvements or function streamlining
Qualifications:
• A relevant undergraduate degree including but not limited to Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, English or Communications
• 2-6 years of relevant experience (working with RFPs and or DDQs); ideally from a hedge fund, asset manager, or other financial institution
• Ability to work as a sole contributor as well as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Well-organized with the ability to work within time constraints
• Someone proactive with the ability to address problems and solve them
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
