As ourMarketing Specialist, you will manage a TikTok Shop, execute engaging email and SMS campaigns, optimize our Shopify website, and use your creative energy to enhance our marketing strategies. Schedule:Full-Time: 9-6 EST.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

2-3 years of professional experience in a marketing role

Proven track record managing TikTok Shop campaigns, including setup and optimization

Proficiency with Shopify, including product listings, theme customization, and app integrations

Strong understanding of marketing analytics with the ability to generate actionable insights

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Experience working with B2B clients, startups, and American markets

Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design tools is a bonus

Technical Knowledge & Hard Skills

Expertise in TikTok Shop management and social media marketing

Proficiency in creating and analyzing email and SMS marketing campaigns

Skilled in e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify

Understanding of SEO/SEM principles and marketing strategies

Ability to track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools

Set up, optimize, and manage TikTok Shop listings and campaigns

Collaborate with the social media manager to create engaging TikTok content that boosts sales and visibility

Stay informed on TikTok Shop trends, policies, and best practices

Maintain and update the Shopify website with new product listings, descriptions, and visuals

Ensure the website is user-friendly and optimized for mobile responsiveness

Create and execute newsletters and SMS campaigns to drive engagement and sales

Develop automated workflows to improve customer experience and retention

Monitor and analyze TikTok Shop, email, and SMS campaign performance

Use data insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI

Assist with planning and implementing seasonal marketing campaigns

Contribute innovative ideas to address marketing challenges
