As we expand our operations and seek to enhance our online presence, we are actively seeking a talented andinnovativeMarketing Specialist tojoin our team.In this role you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing plans.Your primary focus will be on leveraging social media platforms and other digital channels to enhance our brand presence, engage potential customers, and drive sales growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Create well-defined marketing plans that align with the unique needs and goals of the company.
Identify target audiences and tailor strategies to effectively reach and engage them.
Oversee and manage our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and You Tube. Develop engaging and shareable content, run targeted ad campaigns, and build a strong social media community.
Collaborate with our Content Designer to create compelling marketing content, including blogs, videos, infographics, and other visual assets to showcase our products, services, andindustry expertise.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, communicate promotions, and engage with existing customers.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, social media engagement, website traffic, and lead generation efforts. Utilize data-driven insights to continually improve marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Mandarin and English
Minimum 1 year of successful experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles, preferably within the industrial or equipment industry.
Strong understanding of various digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
Ability to think creatively and developinnovativemarketing campaigns to reach new audiences and drivebrand awareness.
Excellent written and verbalcommunication skillsto effectively convey brand messaging and engage with audiences.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Pay:$20-$22, nonexempt
