Spathe Systems is a rapidly growing SOF led, 8(a) defense contractor headquartered in Tampa, FL with offices in Fayetteville, NC and strategic partner locations in Virginia Beach and Coronado. As a small business with a tight knit family feel, Spathe empowers its employees to solve problems and make decisions.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage the companys social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as needed
Knowledge of marketing strategies, including continuingeducationof new marketing tactics and tools
Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
Perform market analysis and research on competition
Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
Prepare promotional presentations
Help distribute marketing materials
Manage and update company database andcustomer relationshipmanagement systems (CRM)
Help organize marketing events
Qualifications:
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Adwords)
Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices

Hourly (Part Time – 29 hours/week)

Up to 10% travel during the year.
