The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in executing and optimizing marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The role involves:

·Planning, Execution & Performance Tracking:Supporting the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness.

·Brand & Communication Support:Assisting in brand positioning, storytelling, and communication strategies across multiple channels, including digital, social media, events, sponsorships, and public relations.

·Events & Sponsorships:Planning, coordinating, and executing brand events, trade shows, and sponsorship activations to enhance brand visibility and strengthen partnerships.

·Consumer & Market Insights:Conducting market research and analyzing consumer behavior to support data-driven marketing decisions and identify growth opportunities.

·Content & Digital Marketing: Developing and managing content for digital platforms, email marketing, and advertising campaigns to enhance audience engagement and conversion.

·Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with sales, product, and business development teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company objectives.

·Marketing Excellence & Innovation:Contributing to the rapid innovation pipeline, supporting product launches, and identifying new ways to enhance brand visibility and impact.

·Budget & Vendor Coordination:Managing relationships with agencies, vendors, and media partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

·        Assist in tracking marketing budget and controlling spend.

·        Ensure alignment between budget allocation and business objectives.
