Micro Kickboard is looking for an enthusiastic, data-driven individual to join our marketing team and help with the company’s digital marketing efforts and technologies.
Responsibilities:
Work with E-commerce Business Development Manager to engage with and help oversee the third-party partners and technologies that power our Shopify Plus e-commerce website and leverage them effectively to drive increased traffic and sales.
Providing key insights into the customer experience on Micro Kickboard’s websites: Identifying areas of improvement, and spearheading these efforts from conception through to completion.
Aid the E-commerce Business Development Manager in coordinating and tracking the status of projects to help keep things running smoothly. Ensure all relevant parties are kept in the loop.
Analyze, report, and take action based on website and third-party analytics. Track and report on the results of these updates.
Traffic all IT and Customer Service tickets associated with Micro’s websites; handle basic troubleshooting of the sites and/or integrations
Monitor list health, growth, and segmentation of customer data & marketing contacts. Provide suggestions to E-commerce Business Development Manager, and work through testing and implementing to optimize engagements and conversions.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices, providing insights to the team.
Other marketing projects as needed.
Qualifications
Thorough understanding of digital marketing elements and market research methods. Current platforms include Shopify, Klaviyo, Todoist, Ubersuggest, HotJar, etc.
Extremely organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
Excellent communicator of concise, accurate, deadline-driven information.
Ability to multitask, organize and collaborate.
Adaptability to work with a variety of personalities, and to learn new software and processes.
Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
Four-year marketing degree, or equivalent
Three+ years post-graduate marketing experience.

Strong understanding of customer journeys
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-team projects with several teams
Familiarity with Shopify or similar website management software

The Nitty Gritty:
Job Type: Full Time, in-office(Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm)
Compensation: $50k-55k annual base salary, based on experience
