Health Care Admissions/Marketing Coordinator
White Horse Village (WHV), a premier, not-for-profit CCRC located in Newtown Square, PA is seeking an Admissions/Marketing Coordinator to oversee the admissions program marketing functions for the Healthcare Center. The coordinator is responsible for census management in the skilled nursing, personal care and memory support neighborhoods.
Responsibilities include:
Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate the admissions program for the Healthcare Center
Coordinate admissions to skilled nursing, personal care and memory support
Assist with new resident welcoming and orientation process
Review and complete admission agreements with new residents
Conduct external marketing to local referral sources
Develop referral base in external community and maintain positive community relations with outside referral sources/agencies
Organize marketing events at White Horse Village
Provide tours of the Healthcare Center to prospective residents
Field inquiries and educate consumers regarding White Horse Village services/offerings
Conduct tours of health care, support prospects and families pre-admission, and through the move-in process
Track inquiries, leads and other referral statistics; generate reports as required
Maintain occupancy in accordance with budgeted census projections
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in health related field preferred
Experience in long-term care, admissions and marketing preferred
Knowledge of Medicare and other insurance plans strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Event planning experience preferred
Passion for working with older adults
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,000.00 – $73,000.00 per year
