P4D Marketing Specialist – (Encore Enterprises Shared Services)
Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the marketing strategies for Partnership for Dentists (P4D), a key entity supported by Encore Shared Services. This role involves creating and executing campaigns, managing budgets, analyzing market trends, and leading marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic vision, creativity, and hands-on expertise in marketing, particularly within the dental or healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with P4D’s business objectives, identifying target audiences and strategies to effectively reach them.
Ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with Encore Shared Services’ broader goals.
Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and public relations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce engaging and high-quality marketing materials.
Manage marketing budgets, ensuring funds are allocated efficiently across campaigns and initiatives.
Assist in the monitoring of digital campaigns ROI and optimize spending to maximize outcomes.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, analyze competitor strategies, and identify new opportunities for PFD’s growth.
Use insights to guide the development of effective marketing campaigns and positioning.
Coordinate efforts with designers, copywriters, social media specialists, and analysts to ensure campaign success.
Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all marketing materials and communications.
Strengthen P4D’s positioning as a leading dental support organization through strategic branding initiatives.
Monitor and analyze marketing data to assess campaign performance and customer engagement.
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize performance, and support business development goals.
Present detailed marketing performance reports to senior leadership, including campaign results, market trends, and actionable recommendations.
Ensure clear communication of marketing strategies and progress across departments.
Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Partner with the Encore Shared Services team to leverage shared resources and expertise.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing (preferred), Communications, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a role focused on partnerships, healthcare, or the dental industry.
Proven expertise in creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies and lead generation tactics.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in the dental or healthcare industry.
Familiarity with platforms such as WRIKE, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Knowledge of trends and challenges specific to dental professionals.
