Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Lead to join our growing team. Duties
Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.) ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and key performance (KPIs) to drive content optimization and provide insights for future marketing efforts.
Create and manage social media ad campaigns, including budget tracking and performance reporting.
Write compelling copy for various marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and email campaigns.
Provide ongoing support to the sales team with customer-facing content, including social media engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
Coordinate logistics for webinars, trade shows, and other marketing events.
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3-4 years proven experience in marketing, with a strong focus on social media engagement, content creation, and sales support.
Graphic design experience in Adobe InDesign, Canva, or other programs for digital and social media campaigns.
Proficiency with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and reporting analytics.
Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing software, and basic graphic design skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $48,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
