Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for storytelling. This role will work closely with the sales, design, and leadership teams to promote our aviation trip support services and position Fly Aviation as a leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support business goals and increase brand visibility.
– Manage and optimise digital marketing channels, including email, social media, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
– Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
– Collaborate with the graphic design team to produce visually appealing and on-brand marketing collateral.
– Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
– Plan and execute events, webinars, and trade shows to promote our services and engage with clients.
– Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
– Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, influencers, and media outlets to amplify brand reach.
– Support the sales team with lead generation, sales enablement materials, and customer outreach initiatives.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure innovative and effective campaigns.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
– 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the aviation, travel, or B2B services industry.
– Proven expertise in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics.
– Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences.
– Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
– Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to measure campaign performance.
– Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
– Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a results-oriented approach.
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus but not a mandatory requirement.
