The Marketing Manager, Sales Support at MedSpeed will work closely with our teams to convert prospects into customers by crafting effective messaging and supporting initiatives that showcase the value MedSpeed drives for healthcare organizations. The marketing manager’s role includes coordinating with our sales team to engage prospects throughout the buyer’s journey. This engagement may involve creating proposals, presentations, campaigns, market intelligence reports, and more.
What you will be doing as a Marketing Manager, Sales Support at MedSpeed:
Serve as the key liaison and partner to the sales team to create communications that articulate the value of healthcare logistics and help convert prospects into customers.
Support sales initiatives, including RFP and RFI responses and proposal creation.
Develop engaging presentations using PowerPoint and other graphical presentation tools.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to uncover and disseminate market intelligence, including leading a task force and coordinating reports.
Coordinate prospect events, trade shows and conferences on behalf of our sales and marketing teams.
Partner with our sales team to support their lead generation activities, including creating messaging, visual communication, digital experiences, and other resources to support those activities.
Support MedSpeed’s mission, culture, and brand throughout all external promotional activities.
What you need to become a MedSpeed Marketing Manager, Sales Support:
Experience and Education Requirements
7+ years of relevant B2B presentation, proposal and RFP writing experience (healthcare marketing experience preferred).
Experience launching marketing and sales initiatives to achieve objectives.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or related field.
Skills and Competencies
The ability to think like a prospect, along with the potential and attitude to understand their priorities and goals.
A collaborative work style that facilitates effective teamwork within and across departments.
Excellent time management and project management skills.
A strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
The ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Strong business acumen.
Willingness and ability to perform both strategic and tactical aspects of the role.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems like Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
Proficiency in using PowerPoint and other graphical presentation tools.
Compensation Statement
The salary range is $80,000 – $90,000 annually and dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, MedSpeed offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and company performance.
