We are seeking a highly motivated individual to manage and grow our business operations within the app. This role requires a combination of strategic business development skills, strong marketing acumen, and the ability to optimize app-based marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new partners, managing existing relationships, and executing marketing campaigns to boost engagement and bookings.
A. Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
Identify and secure partnerships with new golf courses, stores, equipment brands, and related service providers.
Build strong relationships with existing partners to maximize collaboration and revenue opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements to ensure mutual growth
Marketplace Operations
Manage the day-to-day operations of Swing’s marketplace, ensuring smooth transactions and high customer satisfaction.
Optimize marketplace listings, pricing strategies, and product offerings to drive growth.
Monitor marketplace performance and identify areas for improvement.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote Swing’s marketplace and increase bookings.
Coordinate with partners to co-create marketing initiatives, events, and promotions.
Utilize digital marketing channels (social media, email, in-app notifications) to boost user engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development, marketplace performance, and marketing campaigns.
Analyze data to generate insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
Provide regular reports to management on growth metrics and campaign effectiveness.
B. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or marketplace operations (preferably in tech or e-commerce).
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools.
Passion for golf or experience in the sports/recreational industry is a plus.
