Overview
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Marketing Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting our American National Title to potential clients, developing and maintaining business relationships. This position requires a blend of creativity, initiative, and ambition. This position’s compensation is directly related to the marketing representative’s individual results and effort.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with Brokerages, Listing Agents and Real Estate Attorneys.
Take initiative to network with possible clients and foster business relationships in multiple industry areas.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
Create compelling content for various platforms including social media, websites, and print advertising.
Manage and attend company events, this is a client facing role that is suitable for a person that is extroverted, friendly and able to converse with diverse groups of potential clients.
Skills
Strong understanding of Real Estate transactions
Proficient in basic Sales skillsets; cold calling, and persistently following leads.
Familiarity with Google tools for analytics and advertising purposes.
Experience in content marketing strategies that drive engagement.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms for efficient campaign management.
Ability to create impactful or memorable instagram posts that add to the company’s online presence.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and campaign performance.
