We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support marketing, prospecting, research, and business development efforts as we expand our reach.

You take initiative, anticipate needs, and bring fresh ideas to the table to enhance outreach and engagement.

What You’ll Do

As our Marketing & Business Development Assistant, you will play a key role in expanding Talent Alchemist’s reach by:

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
Research potential clients, partners, and industry contacts.
Build and maintain prospect lists, ensuring accuracy and segmentation.
Assist with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and follow-up strategies.
Marketing & Content Support
Assist in repurposing content for outreach, including LinkedIn posts, email templates, and messaging sequences.
Research industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
Help track engagement metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
Business Development Support
Identify speaking, podcast, and webinar opportunities aligned with our expertise.
Research prospective event sponsors, partnerships, and networking groups.
Manage CRM updates and maintain prospect communication records.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in marketing, sales support, research, or business development (prior VA experience a plus).
Strong written and verbal communication skills—clear, concise, and engaging.
Comfort with researching and identifying target clients using LinkedIn, Google, and industry databases.
Experience with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, or LinkedIn prospecting preferred. We currently use Close, Dripify, and Flodesk.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A strong sense of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential business information.
