This position allows you to meet with our owners via phone, invest time in building rapport, and offer them a wonderful gift in return for 90 minutes of their time where they will explore the endless possibilities of a lifetime of vacations with our company!
Job Requirements:
Vacation Ownership experience required
High school Diploma or equivalent
6 months of sales experience; preferred
6 months of customer service experience
Knowledge of the timeshare Industry, Customer Service, and quality fundamentals
MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, company’s intranet system, and corporate policies and procedures
Strong interpersonal communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
