Join our growing team at Pearl Skin Aesthetics, Huntsville’s leading aesthetic and wellness center. We’re seeking a skilled and personable Receptionist/Office Manager.
Are you an energetic and people-oriented individual with a passion for all things beauty? We’re seeking a dynamic hard worker to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist/Office Manager.
What You’ll Do:
Warm Welcomes: Greet clients with a smile and provide exceptional customer service. We want your warmth to come across in-person, on the phone and in messages and emails.
Smooth Operations: Efficiently manage appointments, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries. Proficient computer skills are a must!
Organizational Wizardry: Keep our front desk and clinic organized and running smoothly. Understand the requirements of a medical facility and you’ll be responsible to assure compliance.
Marketing Maven: Assist with social media, email marketing, and other marketing initiatives.
Event Planning Pro: Help coordinate special events and promotions.
Office All-Star: Take on additional office management duties as needed, such as inventory management and vendor relations.

Pay: $14.00 – $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
Schedule:
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Experience:
Medical office management: 2 years (Preferred)
Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
