Hoyden Homes Brokerage is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern / Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to support our team in developing and implementing marketing strategies. This role offers valuable exposure to digital marketing, social media management, and advertising, providing an excellent opportunity to build your skill set in a professional setting.

Primary Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Intern / Entry-Level Marketing Assistant, you will manage the company’s marketing efforts, including but not limited to:

✅ Google Ads Campaign Management

Assist in setting up and managing Google Search, Display, and YouTube Ads campaigns
Research keywords and ad copy to improve ad performance
Monitor click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and cost-per-click (CPC) to maximize ROI

✅ Google Analytics & Performance Analysis

Collect and analyze website traffic data using Google Analytics
Generate reports and provide insights on user behavior, ad performance, and conversion trends
Help optimize website performance through SEO best practices and content strategy

✅ Social Media & Content Creation

Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages
Help boost engagement through creative storytelling and visuals

✅ Website & Digital Marketing Support

Update and maintain the brokerage’s website.
Assist in executing digital advertising campaigns (Google, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
Support email marketing efforts, including newsletters and client updates

✅ Data & Performance Analysis

Help collect and analyze data from social media and marketing campaigns
Provide insights and suggestions to improve ad reach and engagement

✅ Video & Design Assistance (As Needed)

Assist in editing and assembling marketing videos from raw footage
Help create eye-catching visuals for digital and print marketing

Ideal Candidate:

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute ideas
Basic knowledge of social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Ads)
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Basic experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools (preferred but not required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 – $42,000.00 per year
