Overview
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist/Coordinator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including eCommerce, social media, email campaigns, affiliate marketing, content creation, and website management. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this role will involve supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies across various digital platforms and maintaining a comprehensive marketing campaign calendar.
Duties
Manage eCommerce marketing strategies and website updates to enhance the user experience and drive conversions.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and affiliate programs.
Create engaging content for various platforms (website, social media, email).
Maintain and update the marketing campaign calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
Collaborate with other teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and initiatives.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Manage social media accounts, engage with followers, and grow online communities.
Assist in planning and executing marketing events and promotions.
Skills
At least 2 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and content creation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in website management and optimization.
Ability to work independently, with a strong initiative and a positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
