We are currently looking to hire a Development Support Specialist to join the rapidly expanding development team at Choose Life Marketing. It’s an important role in our company and will help shape the path forward for our marketing agency.

You must be self-motivated, fast paced, highly detailed, very organized, able to manage your day-to-day schedule, and a very good communicator. You’ll have the opportunity to have your hands in everything, from the start to the end of our sales process. You will also support our National Development Manager with scheduling, daily tasks, and other related projects.

YOU WILL BE:
Creating proposals for Development Executives (CLM & Cogency)
Provide ongoing daily sales support to Development Executives (CLM & Cogency)
Providing weekly data and guides to help the sales team
Developing and monitoring performance indicators
Creating databases of potential leads and prospects
Managing sales-tracking tools and reporting on important information
Creating follow up activities for Development Executives after we launch a service
Entering new leads in HubSpot, assigning to appropriate Regional Development Executive
Keeping record of sales trends and suggesting sales process improvements
Staying up to date with new product and feature launches, ensuring sales team is on board
Helping onboard new team members by setting up accounts in HubSpot, Hive, and Outlook
Helping manage calendars and supporting Development Manager’s day-to-day tasks
YOU WILL NEED:
Proven work experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate or other support role experience
Hands-on experience with CRM systems
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
Ability to quickly learn and work with new technology, supporting the team in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise
In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills, highly detail-oriented
Teamwork and motivational skills
To be a self-starter and a go-getter
To have strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, professional, easy to get along with, enthusiastic and of high moral character.
BONUS POINTS:
BS degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field
