About the Role:
We need a creative, tech-savvy, and results-driven marketing leader to develop and execute innovative strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. Website management and social media expertise are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, and local events).
✔ Oversee website content, updates, and SEO to maximize online visibility.
✔ Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), creating engaging content and growing our audience.
✔ Track performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for the best ROI.
✔ Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and online reputation management.
✔ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor marketing strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience: 3+ years in marketing, preferably in home services, construction, or local business marketing.
✅ Website Management: Proficiency in WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms, plus SEO knowledge.
✅ Social Media Expertise: Ability to create and schedule posts, run paid ads, and engage with the community.
✅ Creativity: Strong content creation skills, including graphics and copywriting.
✅ Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign tracking.
✅ Local Market Knowledge: Understanding of Montclair’s business landscape is a plus!
