Position: Marketing Specialist (Channel Partners)

As aMarketing Specialist, India SAARC, you will manage local initiatives for India SAARC including Channel and Partner marketing, events, digital marketing, and coordinating training programs.

The ideal candidate has adynamicpersonality and proven ability to work withdiversestakeholders at all levels, both inside and outside the organization. You will manage expectations, provide solutions, and balancecollaborationwith tactful assertiveness. Working closely with the India SAARC team, you will drive multi-channel marketing campaigns, lead generation programs, and strategic initiatives targeting channel partners and end users to meet sales and marketing goals.

You will report to the Marketing Manager, South Asia Pacific (SAP), and will support regional projects and tasks as needed.

This position is based inBangalore, Indiaand requires 20% travel across the India SAARC region, South Asia Pacific, and international locations for meetings, events, and training sessions.

What you’ll do here?

In addition to executing the strategy, you will manage:

PARTNER MARKETING:
Channel and Distributors

Work with our channel partner organization to develop a program for go-to-market through distributors and partners

Ensure a balance between co-marketing activities with partners and end customers

Tailor partner communications strategy to the region through newsletters, onboarding content and local website content

DEMAND GENERATION

Work with the Marketing Manager, SAP and APAC Marketing team to roll out relevant segment-specific campaigns in your region

Provide regional feedback and insights to APAC Marketing team for campaign planning

Measure lead generation and conversion in key segments

EVENTS (ONLINE & OFFLINE)

Ensure Axis brand experience and solution messaging is represented at key industry events and Axis’ own organic events such as customer conferences.

Plan the annual calendar of internal, channel, and partner events

AXIS EXPERIENCE CENTRE (AEC)

Rollout and manage the AEC marketing program

Leverage AEC as a brand experience touchpoint to generate and influence leads from distributors, partners,technology integrationpartners, end customers, and press.

Evaluate AEC utilization and recommend experience enhancements.

AXIS COMMUNICATIONS’ ACADEMY

Manage Academy & Learning Modules for India SAARC countries, both classroom and virtual.

Market the course curriculum and position the Axis Academy as an aspirational learning platform

Collaborate with regional trainers to monitor training material effectiveness.

Contribute insights for course roadmap development

We’d love to hear that you have:

Degree in marketing or related field

At least 10 years of experience in marketing (preferably B2B)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, marketing automation, and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua)

Fluent written and spoken English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus

Multi-faceted experience across marketing disciplines preferred

Understanding of common technology subjects preferred

Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple marketing priorities

Strong projectleadershipskills—persuasive and able to influence team members
